Si bien el artículo hace referencia al contexto francés, los aspectos fundamentales del mismo no encierran ningún localismo. La alusión al entusiasmo editorial y militante para con los escritos de Noam Chomsky ha sido igual de abundante en el territorio español. Por último señalar que el paso del tiempo no ha hecho mella en el texto de Claude Guillon, y no ha restado un ápice su validez crítica a ese mal llamado “anarquismo” renovador.

در اندیشه ی اساسا ً متفاوت راکر، مردم خود زندگی و کار خویشتن را در دست می گیرند. مردم عادی تنها از طریق پیکار خودشان برای آزادی است که به سرشت واقعی خویش پی خواهند برد؛ سرشتی که درون ساختارهای نهادمحور، که برای اطمینان یافتن از تابعیت و فرمانبرداری آنان ایجاد شده، منکوب گشته و تغییر شکل یافته است. تنها در این مسیر است که مردم به تدریج به معیارهای اخلاقی انسانی تری دست خواهند یافت، و به «درک جدیدی از حق»، به آگاهی از توانایی و اهمیت خویش به مثابه ی عاملی اجتماعی در حیات زمانه ی خود و به ظرفیت های جدیدی برای به ثمر رساندن کوشش های خود در جهت «سرشت درونی» خویش نائل خواهند شد. چنین التزام بی واسطه ای در کار نوسازی اجتماعی پیش شرط درک این سرشت درونی و نیز بنیانی ضروری برای رشد آن است.
In Rocker’s fundamentally different idea, people take control of their own lives and work. It is only through their own struggle for freedom that ordinary people will realize their true nature, which has been suppressed and transformed into institutionalized structures created to assure their citizenship and obedience. It is only in this way that people will gradually achieve more humane ethical standards, and a « new understanding of the right », awareness of their capacity and importance as a social factor in their own time, and of new capacities for They will accomplish their efforts for their « inner nature ». Such an immediate commitment to social renewal work is a prerequisite for understanding this inner nature and essential for its growth.
