مارکسٹ سزا اور جزا پر عملدرآمد کے حق میں یقین رکھتے ہیں، اور اس بات کی حمایت کرتے ہیں، کمیونسٹ کارکنوں کو انقلاب کا پھل زیادہ ملنا چاہئے، اور حکومت چلانے کے لئے انکا اہم عہدوں پر فائض ہونا تمام ضروری ہے، جبکہ انارکسٹ کارکنوں اور عوام کو برابر یکساں طور پر ساتھ لیکر امداد باہمی کی انجمنوں اور کمیون سسٹم پر مشتمل نظام قائم کرنا چاہتے ہیں، انارکسٹ سمجھتے ہیں کے کارکنوں کو عوام کے اوپر بٹھایا گیا تو ان میں نوکر شاہی جنم لے گی، آج مارکسٹ دوست خود یے بات برملہ کہتے ہیں کے سویت یونین کے اندر کمیونزم کی ناکامی کی ایک بڑی وجہ نوکر شاہی تھی، مگر اس کے باوجود عملی طور پر اب بھی کارکنوں کو عوام پر فوقیت دیتے ہیں، جیسا کے مذہبی جماعتیں کرتی ہیں، اور انکا یے استدلال ہوتا ہے کے مذہبی کارکن اور علماء کوئی کام کاج نہ کرنے کے باوجود « خدا » کے منتخب اور پسندیدہ لوگ ہوتے ہیں، کیا یے بات اب کوئی تسلیم کر سکتا ہے کے سویت یونین میں اکتوبر انقلاب آنے اور اقتدار کی مسند پر، لینن، ٹراٹسکی، اسٹالن، کے بیٹھنے کے بعد عام محنت کش انکی برابری کر سکتا تھا، اگر نہیں تو اس کا واضع مطلب یے ہوا کے مارکسزم میں ایک محنت کش طبقہ، اور ایک اقتداری طبقہ موجود ہوتا ہے، بھلے اقتداری طبقہ کم تعداد میں ہی کیوں نہ ہو، مگر انقلاب کا زیادہ پھل اسے ہی نصیب ہوتا ہے، اس سے اچھا نہیں کے اقتداری طبقہ ہی نا ہو، اور سب عوام اور سب برابر ہوں، جوکہ انارکزم کا اصول ہے.

Marxists believe in and support the implementation of punishment. Communist workers should receive more of the fruits of the revolution, and it is essential for them to occupy important positions in order to run the government. While anarchists want to establish a system of mutual aid associations and communes that bring workers and the masses together equally. Anarchists believe that if workers are placed above the masses, bureaucracy will arise among them.

Today, Marxists themselves say this bluntly that a major reason for the failure of communism in the Soviet Union was bureaucracy, but despite this, in practice they still give priority to workers over the masses, just as religious parties do by arguing that religious workers and scholars are « God’s » chosen and beloved people despite not doing any work.

Can anyone now accept that after the October Revolution in the Soviet Union and the coming to power of Lenin, Trotsky, and Stalin, ordinary workers could have done equality ? if not, then it clearly means that in Marxism, there is a working class and a ruling class, even if the ruling class is small in number, but it is the one that enjoys the most fruits of the revolution. It is not better than having no ruling class at all, and all the people and everyone being equal, which is the principle of anarchism.
